Admission Process

MIT- Pharmacy Prayagraj offers diploma program in Pharmacy. The admission process typically involves eligibility criteria, entrance exams, and counseling procedures.

D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)


  • Educational Qualification: Passed 12th grade with a science background (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics) from a recognized board.
  • Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate in the 12th grade (relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms).
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the year of admission.
  • Entrance Exam: Must pass an entrance exam such as the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE).
  • Regulation: The Diploma in Pharmacy course is regulated by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Equivalent qualifications may also be approved by PCI.
  • Admission Process: Merit-based admissions may be used, considering performance in the entrance exam. Certain seats may be reserved for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates.
